Polka dots for Lucy's Challenge

I already entered a card for Lucy's Polka dot challenge but decided I'd do another. My favourite colour combo is black, white and a touch of red so this is what I came up with. I also used a Stampin Up scallop punch and some ric rac ribbon bought from ebay.
