This time I've used the fish from the Hero Arts set 'Oceans of Joy' (CL372), and this time I didn't cut them out. I cut out masks for the bigger fish and then masked them to create a bit of depth. And to make it appear that they're in front of other fish and seaweed.
I masked off the bottom of the card before brushing on distress inks to create the soft background. This card is completely one layer and I was pleased with the way it turned out.
Those colours are making me think of summer again. And outside it is sunny at the moment but cold with cyclonic winds. So I'm staying in because I'm anti wind and cold, especially in June. I'm also anti rain and anti grey skies. At least my cards are cheerful.
Here's to a nice sunny weekend wherever you are. We have rain forecast this weekend ..... that's because we are in Great Britain, not in Hawaii or anywhere else that has a desirable climate.
Thanks for stopping by ...
